Unused, unassigned seats

Request a refund within seven calendar days of confirmed payment for an unused, unassigned seat. The ordinary unused-seat offer ends when the seat is assigned, a lesson is opened, an assessment is attempted or a certificate is issued. If an individual purchase assigns a seat immediately, that consequence must be clearly disclosed before payment.

This seven-day offer is a commercial policy, not a statement that Pennsylvania law grants every online buyer a seven-day cancellation period. Applicable statutory rights and any mandatory education-provider refund rules take priority.

Bulk orders

The authorized purchaser may request a refund for eligible seats. Refunds use the actual discounted price allocated to the refunded seats, plus applicable refundable tax. No handling fee or retroactive repricing of retained seats is provided for under this policy.

Access or certificate delivery problems

Do not buy the course again. Contact support so we can check payment, assignment and completion records and restore access or correct the credential. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. If a verified platform failure prevents the promised delivery and remains unresolved after ten business days, the affected seat price and applicable tax will be refunded.

Other situations

Duplicate or unauthorized charges and legally required remedies are reviewed separately. Nothing here limits a lawful payment dispute. Failure to pass or expiry caused by nonuse does not by itself qualify under the ordinary unused-seat offer. Practical training and other in-person services require separate written terms.

Refund decisions

Send the purchaser name, order ID, course, number of seats and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported and lawful. Bank and processor posting times can vary. Ask for a review if you disagree with a decision.
